Butterfly Cannon Blue: the color changing tequila
A stunning natural violet blue liquid with a fresh citrus nose. Notes of clementine and prickly pear create a one-of-a-kind combination of the tastiest tropical and subtropical fruits. A finish of strawberry, watermelon, honeydew melon, fig, and banana marry perfectly with a crisp agave undertone. Long, rich and refreshing flavor.
Butterfly Cannon Silver Cristalino
Agave is harvested by hand and baked in traditional steam ovens before being mashed, fermented, and distilled. The all-agave tequila is aged in barrels for up to 30 days before being charcoal filtered to produce a perfectly clear crisp tequila.
Butterfly Cannon Rosa: Pink Grapefruit Tequila
Pink Grapefruit infused silver tequila. A beautiful light pink liquid with sweet and tart citrus flavors layered with rich agave taste.
COCKTAILS
THE WINGED KING
2 oz Butterfly Cannon Cristalino Tequila,
1 oz fresh lime juice,
0.5 oz simple syryp,
2 cucumber slices,
1 jalapeño slice
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle fruit, add ice, shake vigorously, then fine strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with cucumber and slice of jalapeño.
CRISTALITA
1.5 oz Butterfly Cannon Cristalino Tequila,
0.75 oz orange liqueur,
2 lime wedges,
2 lemon wedges,
1 orange wedge
In a cocktail shaker, muddle citrus and combine all other ingredients with ice, shake and serve up in a coupe glass. Garnish with lime slice and salt.
BUTTERFLY'S KNEES
1.5 oz Butterfly Cannon Cristalino Tequila,
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice,
0.5 oz fresh cranberry juice,
0.5 oz honey,
Maraschino cherry,
lemon twist
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a Maraschino cherry and a lemon twist.
MONARCH MARGARITA
2 oz Butterfly Cannon Cristalino Tequila,
2 oz fresh watermelon juice,
1 oz fresh lime juice,
1 oz Agave nectar,
4 Basil leaves
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a watermelon wedge or a rack of black pepper. Salt rim optional.
BUTTERFLY ROSA & TONIC
1 oz Butterfly Cannon Rosa Tequila,
3 oz tonic
Mix the Butterfly Cannon Rosa Tequila and tonic. Serve over ice with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit.

Serve over ice with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit.
BUTTERFLY FIZZ
1 oz Butterfly Cannon Rosa Tequila,
0.25 cup fresh blueberries,
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice,
1 tsp Agave simple syrup,
Prosecco
Muddle blueberries, lemon juice and Agave in a shaker. Add Tequila and ice. Shake and double strain into a flute. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with fresh blueberries and lemon. Enjoy.
BLUE PALOMA
1 oz Butterfly Cannon Blue Tequila,
3 oz sparkling grapefruit soda
Add the Butterfly Cannon Blue Tequila to the sparkling grapefruit soda. Serve over ice with a slice of pink grapefruit for a refreshing long drink.
BLUE & TONIC WITH ORANGE
1 oz Butterfly Cannon Blue Tequila,
3 oz tonic
Mix the Butterfly Cannon Blue Tequila and tonic. Serve with ice and a slice of orange.
THE BLUE MARGARITA
2 oz Butterfly Cannon Blue Tequila,
1 oz orange liqueur,
2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice,
soda to spritz it up
Mix the Butterfly Cannon Blue Tequila, orange liqueur and fresh lime juice. Add a splash of soda to spritz it up and serve over ice with an orange slice.

Monarch Butterflies have a unique lifestyle – American Monarchs go through three regenerations – and then migrate all through the US, via Texas and into Northern Mexico where they overwinter in trees for around 5 months.
Sadly, more and more of their habitat in Mexico is being destroyed by intensive and often illegal farming. We donate to the Monarch Butterfly Conservation Fund – which aims to conserve the magic of the monarch migration.
